⌛ Total Time Commitment:

Total = 4 hours

• Excluding speed coaching, the times of the sessions have been fixed to Wednesday evenings at 5:30-6:30pm (AEST). This has been done to simplify the organisation of sessions for both Fellows and Coaches. If these times are totally unfeasible for you, this can be indicated in the form and you can still take part.
